Effective Date: September 14, 2026 All purchases of advertising services on 6Bell are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by 6Bell. Before purchasing an advertising package, users should carefully review: the advertising package, price, duration, placement, features included, and publication requirements. 1. No Refund After Purchase Once an advertising package or promotional service has been purchased, the payment is generally non-refundable. This includes situations where: - The advertiser changes their mind. - The advertiser receives fewer views or inquiries than expected. - The advertiser does not receive customers. - The advertiser does not use the purchased advertising period. - The advertiser removes their own advertisement. - The advertiser provides incorrect information. - The advertiser's advertisement is rejected because it violates our Advertising Rules or Terms. - The advertiser's account is suspended because of a violation. - The advertiser fails to provide information required for verification. 2. Removal or Suspension If an advertisement is removed or an account is suspended because of a violation of our Terms, Advertising Rules, safety requirements, or applicable law, the advertiser is generally not entitled to a refund. Nothing in this policy removes any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. 3. Duplicate or Technical Charges If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, contact us promptly with the transaction details. We may investigate and, where appropriate, correct a verified duplicate charge. 4. Payment Disputes Users should contact 6Bell before initiating a payment dispute where the issue can reasonably be resolved through customer support.
