Effective Date: September 14, 2026 Last Updated: September 14, 2026 Welcome to 6Bell Advertisings ("6Bell", "we", "us", or "our"). 6Bell Advertisings operates an online advertising and listing platform that allows eligible users and businesses to create, publish, promote, and manage advertisements and listings. By accessing, registering with, purchasing advertising services from, or using 6Bell, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use 6Bell. By using 6Bell, you confirm that: - You meet the applicable age requirement. - You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. - You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. - You will not use 6Bell for any unlawful purpose. - You will provide accurate information when required. 6Bell reserves the right to request age, identity, business, or other verification information. 2. Nature of the Platform 6Bell is an advertising and listing platform. 6Bell does not provide, arrange, guarantee, endorse, supervise, or participate in services advertised by third-party advertisers. Advertisers independently create and submit their advertisements. Any agreement, communication, transaction, meeting, service, or relationship between an advertiser and another user is solely between those parties. 6Bell is not a party to any transaction or agreement between users unless expressly stated otherwise. 3. Advertiser Responsibility Advertisers are solely responsible for: - The legality of their advertisements. - The accuracy and completeness of their advertisements. - The services, products, or activities represented in their advertisements. - Having all licenses, permits, registrations, permissions, and consents required by applicable law. - Ensuring that their advertisements comply with the laws applicable to the location in which the advertised activity occurs. - Obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for photographs, videos, names, trademarks, descriptions, and other material submitted to 6Bell. - Ensuring that all persons appearing in submitted content are adults and have provided appropriate consent. An advertiser must not use 6Bell to advertise anything prohibited by applicable law or these Terms. 4. Prohibited Activities Users must not use 6Bell to: - Advertise or facilitate illegal activities. - Advertise services involving minors. - Exploit, traffic, coerce, threaten, or abuse any person. - Publish content involving non-consensual sexual activity. - Publish intimate images without appropriate consent. - Impersonate another person or business. - Publish fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading advertisements. - Use stolen identities, payment information, photographs, or other personal information. - Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful material. - Circumvent account, payment, moderation, or security controls. - Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform. - Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user's account. - Use 6Bell in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, criminal laws, or other applicable regulations. 6Bell may remove content or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law may have been violated. 5. Adult Content and Age Requirements 6Bell may contain adult-oriented advertisements. Access to adult-oriented areas is restricted to adults. Advertisers must not upload, publish, or distribute material involving persons under the applicable legal age. Where required, 6Bell may request documentation or other information reasonably necessary to establish age, identity, consent, or legal compliance. 6. Advertisements Submitting an advertisement does not guarantee publication. 6Bell may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law: - Reject an advertisement. - Request changes. - Remove an advertisement. - Limit its visibility. - Suspend or terminate an account. - Restrict future advertising. - Preserve information where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. 6Bell does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, quality, legality, availability, or reliability of advertisements submitted by third parties. 7. User-to-User Interactions Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before communicating, meeting, contracting, purchasing from, or otherwise interacting with another user. 6Bell does not guarantee the identity, age, qualifications, intentions, conduct, representations, or legitimacy of any advertiser or user. Users assume responsibility for their own interactions and decisions. 8. Payments Certain advertising features may require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase where applicable. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction. Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, advertising purchases are final and non-refundable. Additional payment terms are contained in our Refund Policy. 9. No Guarantee of Results 6Bell does not guarantee: a particular number of views, leads, messages, calls, bookings, customers, revenue, search ranking, advertising performance, or continued availability of any advertising position. Advertising performance may vary depending on market conditions, user behavior, platform changes, moderation, technical factors, and other circumstances. 10. Intellectual Property The 6Bell name, branding, software, website design, logos, graphics, text, and platform features are owned by or licensed to 6Bell and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without authorization. By submitting advertising content, you grant 6Bell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically modify that content for operating, promoting, and providing the platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license. 11. Third-Party Links and Services 6Bell may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, communication services, or other external services. 6Bell does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. 12. Suspension and Termination 6Bell may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected unlawful activity, safety concerns, abuse of the platform, payment disputes or fraud, regulatory or legal requirements, requests from competent authorities, or attempts to circumvent platform controls. Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination. 13. Disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6Bell provides the platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. 6Bell does not warrant that: the platform will always be available, the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, advertisements will be accurate, advertisers or users will behave lawfully, advertisements will produce any particular result, or that all content will remain available for any particular period. 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6Bell Advertisings and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to third-party advertisements, user conduct, communications between users, transactions between users, services offered by advertisers, loss of business or profits, loss of data, personal injury or property damage resulting from user-to-user activity, unauthorized or unlawful conduct of third parties, or platform interruptions or technical failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. 15. Indemnification To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6Bell Advertisings, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your advertisements, your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of another person's rights, or your interactions or transactions with other users. 16. Changes to These Terms 6Bell may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of 6Bell after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 17.
